Moist turkey breast home-smoked and roasted until golden
brown. With roast gravy, stuffing, cranberry coulis, roast
potatoes, brussels sprouts and caramelised roasted parsnips

Traditional Plum Pudding
Flamed with brandy and served with hot brandy sauce
